Min Kim's Portfolio

Hi! I am Min Kim, an undergraduate student studying Information Sciences (with a minor in Computer Science) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), previously double-majoring in Business Data Analytics and Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University (Barrett, The Honors College). My research and academic interests center on Human–AI Interaction, AI Memory, Agentic AI, and AI Alignment.

Currently, I work as a Research Assistant at the UIUC School of Information Sciences (ACTION Lab) designing experimental conditions to examine how LLM-based AI players influence group decision-making and collective intelligence. I also founded Memoria, an AI deployment studio helping mid-market firms capture, edit, and replay human workflows as autonomous agent tasks. Previously, I worked in the Office of the CEO at Pacvue as an AI & Customer Intelligence Intern and at Krafton Inc. as an AI Transformation Analyst, analyzing company-wide AI adoption patterns across thousands of employees and building executive analytics dashboards.
